Finance Manager

My client, a leading retail brand has a great opportunity for a skilled, qualified Finance Manager to join their growing business. Strong communication skills, business acumen, and a results-oriented approach are essential for success in this environment. Key Responsibilities: Preparation of annual budget, forecasting, analysis of expenses Monthly management reporting and analysis Finance business partner to the GM, providing financial data and insights for decision-making purposes Responsible for the financial accounting function of the brand Managing and ensuring tax compliance - provisional tax, income taxes and payroll taxes Asset management and preparation for annual audit Managing team and development of subordinates Requirements: CA(SA) or ACMA, CGMA qualified 5 - 8 years' experience in similar role Industry experience must be in retail / FMCG / e-commerce / consumer markets Experience in compiling complex budgets Knowledge of finance and accounting principles, IFRS, VAT & income tax laws Highly skilled in Excel reporting and ERP systems Outstanding written and verbal communication skills Please note if you have not heard from us in 2 weeks from application, please consider yourself unsuccessful - please do continue to follow us online and apply for suitable roles.
