Electrical Technician (Manufacturing / Production)

You will be responsible for maintaining, implementing, and controlling the manufacturing plants electrical systems. Skills & Duties: Maintaining production equipment Programming and fault finding on PLCs Setting up a library of plant drawings, equipment manuals and software programs Setting up and controlling an electrical spares store Responsible for the electrical condition of a 24-hour production facility Must be prepared to be on after hours call outs Minimum Requirements: Certified Technician Minimum National Technicians Certificate (T3) Formal electrical training by way of either an apprenticeship or minimum 5 years practical experience Wiremans licence advantageous Experience in programming & troubleshooting industrial PLCs & controllers. Experience in LT maintenance, covering switchgear and production equipment Excellent in fault finding & problem solving techniques Own transport and valid drivers licence essential Must reside in the Gordons Bay, Strand or Somerset West area To apply, submit a detailed CV and qualification to:
