Financial Manager

A well established company based in Sunninghill is seeking a Financial Manager. Duties: Preparation of monthly and annual financial accounts to audit including account reconciliations and compliance Documenting the companys financial status and forecasts Financial planning and reporting Compliance with all tax and other statutory reporting (Tax; VAT; Dividends Tax; CIPC; COID; Employees tax; Individual Shareholders tax) Analysing trends and industry standards Managing the operation and development of the finance department. Creating and reviewing policies Budgeting & forecasting Recruiting and training staff Cashflow and cashflow forecasting Group requirements such as insurance (PI; Assets and Group life), pensions funds Preparation, planning and completing annual B-BBEE Certificate - Construction sector Requirements: Matric (Grade 12) B.Com in accounting Minimum of 15 years experience in a similar role. Competencies: Financial Data Analyses Accounting IT Reporting Communication Time Management Collaboration Computer Literacy: SAP Business One Enterprise -Preferable CaseWare MS Office (Excel , Word) Power BI Sage 300
