Business Manager - Manufacturing

Minimum requirements for the role: Must have a tertiary qualification in Business Management Minimum 10 years experience in the business environment, with exposure to marketing and sales will be required Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Afrikaans, with the ability to effectively communicate safety-related information to diverse audiences will be required for this role The successful candidate will be responsible for: Learning and comprehending the intricacies of the ostrich feather industry, including supply chain dynamics and operational processes within the feathers division processing facility. Developing into a global marketeer of ostrich feathers, leveraging acquired competencies and qualities. Managing all aspects of business processes, including financial, operational, marketing, and sales processes. Developing and implementing marketing strategies to achieve objectives, maintaining current markets and expanding to new buyers. Engaging in international travel for liaison and negotiation with feather buyers. Demonstrating excellent interpersonal skills. Utilising negotiation skills to facilitate business deals effectively. Collaborating within a team environment while also being capable of independent work as required.
