Key requirements Degree in Accounting Good numeracy skills Computer literate-Advanced Excel, Sage Evolution and SAP 2 years experience in the finance field Attention to details Confidentiality Key responsibilities Preparing creditors recons local and foreign creditors Preparing creditors listing for month end payments Liaising with suppliers to resolve any accounting queries Maintaining vendor age analysis Requesting supplier statements Follow up with customers for credit Apps Raising intercompany invoices Following up with overdue customers Preparing receivables reports Liaising with customers to resolve any accounting queries Maintain customer age analysis Preparing vat returns Processing credit card expenses Preparing and maintaining the Fixed Asset register for the group, retirements, additions and accuracy of depreciation calculations
