Instructional Content Designer (Advanced)

Essential Technical Skills Required: - Design engaging and interactive learning content - Develop e-learning modules and instructor-led presentations - Create supporting material/media - Prepare content files in SCORM format - Proficiency in Adobe Suite, Articulate, Microsoft PowerPoint, and more Advantageous Technical Skills: - Stay abreast of trends in learning technologies - Utilize authoring tools for online courses - Integrate AI, VR, and AR into a blended learning approach - Proficiency in Agile methodologies and project management tools Essential Soft Skills Required: - Sound knowledge in e-learning design - Strong communication and team-oriented work behavior - Ability to understand and interpret business needs - Proficient in conducting user research in foreign markets Qualifications/Experience Needed: - Relevant Design Degree/Diploma or equivalent work experience - 3 years' experience in instructional design and curriculum development - Proficiency in design software and e-learning authoring tools - Familiarity with adult learning principles and psychology Your Role and Responsibilities: - Conduct interviews to understand content design requirements - Develop designs suitable for different devices - Contribute to a consistent brand shaping look and feel - Collaborate with stakeholders and team members - Regularly update and maintain content and modules - Create storyboards, instructional design, and module packaging - Graphic design and asset design for content - Align design with Corporate Identity standards - Collaborate with teams to align content with training strategies - Update materials based on trends, product developments, and feedback
