Senior Digital Transformation Project Lead

Red Ember is recruiting for a Senior Digital Project lead to lead the analysis, design, and implementation of digital strategies to drive organizational growth and efficiency. Supporting and strengthening the entrepreneurship ecosystem, fostering a culture of responsible entrepreneurship, and providing essential support for entrepreneurs. Key Responsibilities: Analyse existing business processes for digital improvement opportunities. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define clear business requirements for digital projects. Lead selection and implementation of digital solutions aligned with strategic objectives. Utilise data analysis to provide insights and optimize digital processes. Act as a liaison between technical teams and business stakeholders to ensure effective communication and understanding of project goals. Develop and maintain documentation of business processes, requirements, and project deliverables. Strong relationship management skills across organizational levels. Requirements: Minimum Qualification: Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field. Minimum Experience: 5 8 years of proven experience as a Senior Business Analyst with a focus on digital transformation projects. Strong understanding of digital technologies, platforms, and trends.
