Job Description

Responsibilities: Conduct in-depth product research and analysis to stay current with industry trends and competitors. Support national product sales with advanced product offering such as Error Proofing, Software Automation, Total workstation products, etc. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Marketing, Sales, and Engineering, to develop and implement effective product strategies. Create and deliver engaging product presentations to internal and external stakeholders. Work closely with the Service Division to ensure project delivery. Provide training and support to sales teams, ensuring they are well-equipped to promote and sell our products. Act as a liaison between customers and the product development team, gathering feedback and communicating product improvement opportunities. Supporting of Key projects under the supervision of the Project Manager Working in an Agile way to best support the team and the business. Develop and maintain comprehensive product documentation. Requirements: Matric and Relevant qualifications. Proven experience as a Product Specialist or similar role in a Manufacturing/Automotive environment. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. Proficiency in SAP AutoCad Software experience will be a plus Valid Drivers license is a must. Knowledge of LAN/Wireless network topology, databse structures and production line networks will be advantageous. Knowledge of automotive products and industry trends. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and presentation skills. Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
