Job Description

Security & Investigation Officer Required for a reputable company based in East London, Eastern Cape Requirements: Minimum of 5 years of experience in security and investigations Bachelor's degree in criminal justice, security management, or a related field Knowledge of security protocols, procedures, and best practices Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Excellent communication and report writing abilities Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion Experience working with law enforcement and other agencies Proficiency in security software and systems Valid security license or certification Responsibilities: Conduct thorough investigations into any security breaches or incidents, including gathering evidence, interviewing witnesses, and writing detailed reports Monitor and analyze security systems and procedures to identify vulnerabilities and implement necessary improvements Develop and implement security protocols and procedures to ensure the safety and security of the company's assets and personnel Collaborate with law enforcement and other agencies as needed to address security concerns and incidents Conduct regular security audits and risk assessments to identify potential threats and recommend solutions Train and educate employees on security protocols and procedures to ensure compliance and awareness Maintain accurate records and documentation related to security incidents and investigations Stay up-to-date on industry trends and advancements in security technology to continuously improve our services Should you wish to apply please email your CV through to Kerry O’Hagan at
