Job Title: Section Engineer - Mining Industry - Limpopo Location: Limpopo, South Africa Hire Resolve's client is looking for a skilled Section Engineer to join their team in the mining industry. Responsibilities: Lead a team of engineers and technicians to ensure the safe and efficient operation of the mining section. Develop and implement engineering plans, schedules, and budgets to achieve production targets. Provide technical support and expertise in mining operations, including ventilation, drilling, blasting, and ore extraction. Oversee the design, construction, and maintenance of mining infrastructure, equipment, and systems. Monitor and analyze production data to identify opportunities for improvement and optimization. Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations and standards. Collaborate with other departments, such as geology and maintenance, to coordinate activities and achieve common goals. Mentor and develop junior engineers and technicians to enhance their skills and knowledge. Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and projects to advance the efficiency and sustainability of the mining operation. Requirements: Bachelors degree in Mining Engineering or related field.
