It's an exciting time of growth for IRIS Software Group North America as we continue to expand across North America. In the past 18 months, we have enjoyed a TREBLE employee headcount in North America. Our Managed Payroll business - PSI Payroll (by IRIS Software Group) - in Canada is seeking a Payroll Executive to support a busy portfolio of clients with their payroll needs. We make payroll easy for our clients. As such, we're looking for someone with 9 months of working experience in processing payroll. Bonus points if you have multi-province experience and experience with complex payroll. The Payroll specialist is the first point of contact for their clients on daily requirements and escalations. If you are passionate about providing excellent client services to your customers, have strong knowledge of Canadian Payroll then this could be for you. The role: Responsible & fully accountable for the payroll & audit function of multiple clients with a range in complexity from one client to another. Responsible for scheduling & running the assigned client payrolls. Follow standard operating procedures & best practices. Maintains complete, accurate & timely client/employee records based on real time requests. Maintains complete & accurate client profile notes & processing instructions for each client. Responds to & resolves all incoming telephone calls &/or email inquiries from clients/partners. Delivering the highest level of customer service within expected timelines. Create & manage client communication & their requests. Serve as the first point of contact for their clients on daily requirements and escalations. Balance respective payrolls based on PSI fall yearend audit calendar. Ensure all auditing issues are addressed & or escalated to management for action. Responsible for processing year-end for all clients, including but not limited to T4s, RL1Slips, EHT Annual Reconciliation, Workers’ Compensation annual filling and more. Provide suggestions for system changes to ensure program enhancements are addressed.
