Customer Relationship Managers build externally trusting relationships with customers and protect Sterling's brand by maintaining a positive image. CRMs are internally the liaison point between Business Developers and Operations How you create impact Drive operational excellence for assigned accounts. Monitor and improve service delivery on all escalation. Control monthly performance metrics such KPI, QBRS and ad-hoc report request. Align on customer strategy and priorities, offering continuous improvement and innovation. Focus on strategic customer engagement, satisfaction, retention, reactivation and identify opportunities for upselling to meet clients needs (OBCs, Charters, etc.) Align with different stakeholders Pricing and Business Developers, to assist on pricing decisions and RFQ/RFP submissions. Coordinate incident reports, timelines, and corrective actions with Quality Assurance and Operations. Analyze Tableau data to identified potential issues. Profile description: What we would like you to bring Experience in the logistics or supply chain industry. Knowledge of quality assurance and incident management processes. Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
