Job Description

We’re looking for an experienced Business Analyst with a strong background in pharmacy systems from shop and warehouse management to data migration and system implementation to join our growing digital transformation team. You’ll play a pivotal role in bridging business needs and technical delivery, ensuring that every solution enhances efficiency, accuracy, and compliance across the pharmacy value chain. The Role: Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather, analyse, and translate pharmacy operational needs into clear, actionable requirements. Lead workshops with pharmacy and warehouse teams to understand workflows and identify areas for improvement. Partner with development, QA, and vendor teams to deliver robust, user-focused system implementations. Support data migration activities including planning, mapping, validation, and execution. Work closely with third-party application vendors to manage integrations and documentation. Assist in UAT planning, execution, and issue resolution. Provide domain expertise in pharmacy inventory management, prescription handling, billing, and regulatory compliance. What You’ll Bring: Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst, including 2 years in pharmacy-related projects. Proven experience with Pharmacy Shop and Warehouse Management Systems. Strong understanding of pharmacy workflows, inventory control, and compliance requirements. Demonstrated experience in data migration and system integration. Excellent communication, documentation, and stakeholder management skills. Proficiency with JIRA, Azure DevOps, Confluence, MS Visio, and Excel.
