Ready to make your mark? As an Accounts Receivable Collector , you’ll be responsible for maintaining the Accounts Receivable sub-ledger, and collection of funds owed on NSF payrolls. As part of our collections team, the Accounts Receivable collector will be responsible for contacting debtors, organizing payment plans, maintaining records, and planning courses of action to recover outstanding debts. Candidates for this position should have exceptional organizational and communication skills, great interpersonal abilities, and a strong risk management mindset. Each day, you'll work closely with clients on recovery, and internal teams on loss and risk mitigation processes. Every day, you'll use best practices to communicate with NSF clients to recover funds while providing excellent service. Serve as the Subject Matter Expert. You'll address and investigate requests and issues from both internal teams and external clients regarding non-sufficient fund situations. Time Management. You will ensure collections efforts and accounts are addressed and worked on in a timely manner and closed within SLA. Build and maintain relationships. You'll manage strong, healthy relationships with clients and internal partners, ensuring that expectations are clearly defined and met. Collaborate. Work together with our internal support teams to ensure proper risk mitigation. Organize. You will be responsible for maintaining client NSF tracking within our record management systems (SIEBEL/Excel). Learn. You will be supported in maintaining your knowledge and proficiency in Collection processes and procedures, as well as risk management best practices TO SUCCEED IN THIS ROLE: Requirements Proven track record for delivering superior customer service. Excellent time management skills. Aptitude to learn new software applications. Strong attention to detail. Outstanding interpersonal skills Strong organizational skills Clear, persuasive verbal and written communication Excellent negotiation skills Problem-solving mindset Professional phone etiquette Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel) *Quebec candidates: While French is required for Quebec-based roles, use of the English language is also required due to the global nature of the business and the need to interact with ADP’s headquarters and international sites. Bonus points for these: Preferred Qualifications Post-secondary diploma or equivalent 1-3 years Credit/Collection Management experience.
