Role Overview We are seeking an experienced Disaster Recovery Project Manager (DRPM) to design, coordinate, and deliver enterprise Disaster Recovery (DR) and Business Continuity initiatives. This role involves managing cross‑functional teams to ensure organizations are prepared for unplanned outages and can restore operations effectively and securely. Key Responsibilities Lead the planning and execution of Disaster Recovery programs across cloud and on‑prem environments. Develop comprehensive DR strategies, recovery procedures, and documentation aligned with client SLAs and compliance standards. Coordinate with infrastructure, application, and business teams to validate recovery capabilities. Conduct risk assessments, impact analyses, and readiness evaluations. Manage DR testing, failover exercises, and audits to ensure recovery objectives are met. Collaborate with cybersecurity, cloud, and IT operations teams on resilience improvements. Maintain ownership of DR project budgets, timelines, and stakeholder communication. Deliver governance reports and executive updates detailing recovery posture and continuous improvement actions. Requirements 7 years of experience managing Disaster Recovery or Business Continuity projects. Proven expertise in DR frameworks for cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, OCI, SAP). Strong knowledge of data replication, backup technologies, and high‑availability configurations. Experience with ITIL , ISO 22301 , NIST , or similar resilience standards. Excellent project management skills with proficiency in PMP, PRINCE2 or equivalent certification. Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and stakeholder engagement abilities.
