Product Strategy Analyst – AI Workflows Location: Paris Work setup: Hybrid (60% office, 40% remote) Type: Permanent, full time Coders Connect is partnering with Sanofi to support the growth of their AI Workflow Accelerator in Paris, a forward-thinking product hub focused on reimagining how work gets done through AI and automation. The products you help shape will reach more than 50,000 Sanofi employees globally. As a Product Strategy Analyst, you will work side by side with a Product Owner and a cross-functional team to design, build, and improve intelligent workflows that deliver measurable business value. It is a hands-on role with strong exposure to AI, product strategy, and agile delivery, offering a clear path to grow into a full Product Owner position. What you will do • Support the Product Owner in defining and maintaining the product roadmap and priorities • Help facilitate discovery workshops with senior stakeholders and translate discussions into actionable backlog items • Contribute to workflow design and configuration within the product platform • Track, measure, and communicate the impact of product decisions • Take an active part in agile ceremonies and sprint planning, ensuring clarity and alignment across the team • Work in a fast-moving, iterative environment, with quarterly demos to Sanofi’s Executive Committee About you You bring energy, curiosity, and structure to everything you do.
