Job Description: Operations & Finance Coordinator, Americas Position Overview The Operations & Finance Coordinator, Americas will play a key role in shaping the overall health, operational efficiency, and long-term growth of the organization. This position combines hands-on execution in mainly logistics and operations but also within finance / controlling. The Operations Manager, Americas will be responsible for ensuring robust efficient operational processes while supporting the Americas organisation as well as the Senior Leadership. Key Responsibilities Operations: Act as first point of contact for all business related matters in Americas, both internal as well as with customers and distributors Oversee day-to-day business operations to ensure efficiency, scalability, and alignment with company goals Order management / fulfilment incl Quoting support and Order Creation in SAP Coordinate deliveries to/from warehouse / factory SAP Master Data Management Implement and track KPIs across functions to monitor business performance Act as back-up for European Operations from time to time Finance & Controlling Monitor and analyse financial performance; provide actionable insights and recommendations to management Hands-on involvement in controlling tasks, including cost analysis, profitability tracking, and variance analysis Partner with Sales team in pursuing timely customer payments Establish and maintain effective internal controls, compliance with regulations, and risk management practices Qualifications 5 years of progressive hands-on experience in operations and/or finance and accounting Ability to balance strategic vision with operational execution Experience in scaling operations and implementing process improvements Strong communication, and stakeholder management skills Proficiency in ERP tools, as well as CRM Tools Personal Attributes Team player with high integrity and resilience Fluent in English, Portuguese is an advantage Hands-on, pragmatic, and detail-oriented while maintaining operational perspective Strong problem-solving and analytical skills Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
