About the Role In a context of rapidly increasing workloads, we are looking for a Production Capacity Planner , based in Ubrique, Spain , to monitor and anticipate the production capacities of our network of subcontractors as well as our internal workshops (cutting and preparation stages). This strategic role directly contributes to the reliability of industrial planning, the optimization of our subcontracting network, and the success of product launches. Responsabilities Monitoring subcontractor capacities Track and update the capacity commitments of each subcontractor (around 40 partners), both short-term (weekly/monthly) and medium-term (tactical planning). Analyze and manage delivery performance (timeliness, volumes produced, deviations from forecasts). Keep capacity data up to date in the ERP system (SAP) and planning tools. Propose capacity adjustments to improve overall planning (load transfers, reallocations, etc.). Production ramp-up & industrial development Manage ramp-up phases for new products or subcontractors. Identify, evaluate, and onboard new industrial partners. Maintain an up-to-date mapping of skills, product types, and associated capacities. Collaborate closely with development, production, quality, and supply teams. Internal capacities (cutting and preparation workshops) Monitor internal production capacities at early stages (cutting, splitting, trimming, etc.). Anticipate potential bottlenecks and propose action plans. Work with workshop managers to ensure a reliable view of workloads and availability. Profile Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in supply chain , planning, industrial engineering, or a related field. Minimum 3 to 5 years of experience in industrial planning, scheduling, or capacity management (ideally in leather goods, textiles, or subcontracted industries). Good knowledge of planning systems and ERP (SAP is a plus). Strong analytical skills to interpret data, make decisions, and structure monitoring tools. Rigorous, proactive, strong interpersonal skills, and ability to work with multiple stakeholders. Fluent in Spanish (mandatory) and French or English , both written and spoken (for daily interaction with teams in France and suppliers in Spain).
