We are looking for a Vice President to lead our strategy to promote and communicate Latin America’s value proposition. This individual will be responsible for creating awareness and knowledge sharing of the Payment’s offering in Latin America in line with the business goals. Payments Latin America is becoming a strong and growing business and the need to create contents and allow its teams to be aware of our value proposition is becoming more important each day.
Promote knowledge within internal stakeholders. This person is expected to host, coordinate and deliver an internal awareness strategy, understanding the right positioning to reach the different partners and their unique needs. Public speaking, communication and coordination skills are required.
Coordinate and execute the internal training activities across the region. Training our teams is key to building strong and foundational knowledge on Latin America’s value proposition. In addition, all communications and participants metrics will be part of the activities to make sure we achieve the right KPIs to measure the teams’ engagement.
Work jointly with internal stakeholders and product teams to develop product related contents (i.e. articles, whitepapers, etc.) that will position our team’s expertise with our clients.
Coordinate and promote awareness on regional value proposition through a proactive search and creation of internal forums/client events engagement and multiple initiatives where our offering can be socialized to promote businesses and deepen its penetration.
Manage and lead content related initiatives, have great communication skills and networking abilities as he/she will be interacting with multiple teams within the Payments organization as well as clients to coordinate and drive its initiatives to a successful execution.
Responsible for identifying the right messages needed to properly engage and promote knowledge to the multiple audiences within the Payments organization.
Skills & Experience
7+ years of experience within the industry.
Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
Excellent attention to detail with the ability to work well under pressure.
Highly self-motivated, positive, and enthusiastic
Comfortable with designing and executing internal and external commercialization strategies.
Strategic thinker - comfortable transforming abstract ideas into an action plan.
Must have experience working with cross-functional teams on simultaneous projects and driving results on the company’s success.
BA/BS in Management, Economics, Marketing, or a related discipline; MBA preferred
Fluent in written and spoken English and Spanish. Portuguese is a plus.
