Job Description The main purposes will be to interpret business rules and functional and non-functional requirements to shape technical specifications according to the given architectural specifications, including system interactions, data exchanges, and transformations, following the defined design methodology. Key Responsibilities Participate and cooperate in shaping activities Conduct feasibility analyses for new or updated initiatives (Epics and User Stories), evaluating impacts for IT Perform detailed technical analysis and design Support developers during the development phase Participate in IT delivery project planning, execution, and stakeholder management Assist in testing, support, and problem resolution Collaborate in defining requirements for new suppliers and contracts Break down requirements and technical solutions into proper slices (User Stories), examining costs, benefits, and risks, and justify decisions logically and systematically Requirements Degree in Information Technology / Engineering or equivalent 6 years experience in a similar role within a complex environment Excellent knowledge of current IT architecture and technical flows in relevant domains Advanced experience in REST & SOAP application services development Experience in front-end solution design Proven experience in application development with Java on / with J2EE platform, Spring, Spring Boot Experience with JUnit testing, Test Driven Development, and Spring Integration testing Good knowledge of version control tools (Azure, Git) Good knowledge of DBMS and SQL (Oracle, PL/SQL) Familiarity with Agile and Scrum methodologies Knowledge of UML standards Understanding of microservices architecture and domain-driven design Knowledge of retail banking business Proficiency in English (written and spoken) Synthesis, analytical skills, and systemic thinking Strong leadership, relationship, and negotiation skills Teamwork and customer-centric mindset Working Conditions Full Time Duration Permanent Location Milan (hybrid) About ING ING offers diverse opportunities to build a rewarding career.
