Role Details Role : EMEA Oral Care Scientist Location : Europe / Middle East / Africa, Italy, Lazio, Rome Work Location : Hybrid Reports To : R&D Deployment Manager Oral Care What You Will Do R&D Oral Care Deployment Scientist is responsible for conducting research, planning and conducting experiments, analyzing results, and providing solutions to problems of moderate complexity. Conduct research and experiments to develop innovative oral care products. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive product development and improvement. Stay updated on industry trends and developments in oral care science. Lead scientific discussions and present findings to stakeholders. Develop and implement testing protocols to ensure product efficacy and safety. Conduct cutting-edge research in oral care science using advanced methodologies and techniques. Lead the development of innovative scientific concepts and technologies to drive product advancement. Ensure the highest quality standards in project execution from design to data analysis and reporting, while adhering to regulatory guidelines. Analyze complex data sets to generate creative and impactful solutions. Contribute to the scientific community through publications and presentations at national conferences. Required Qualifications Master’s Degree or equivalent in a relevant scientific field Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a research or product development role Strong knowledge of oral care ingredients and formulations Proficiency in cGMPs, statistical analysis software, and data documentation systems Ability to communicate complex scientific concepts effectively Desired Qualifications Experience with formulation lab and pilot-scale equipment set-up and operation Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills Strong written and oral communication skills with a focus on technical writing Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities effectively, and influence others positively Equality and Accommodation Kenvue is proud to be an Equal Opportunity Employer.
