About the Role: We are seeking a Business Subject Matter Expert with exceptional writing, analytical, and business acumen to join our AI/ML data team. In this role, you will train advanced LLMs by producing, curating, and reviewing high-quality business and management-related content. Your expertise will directly shape how AI systems understand, explain, and generate insights on a broad range of business concepts, strategies, and disciplines, ensuring accuracy, clarity, and real-world applicability. Key Responsibilities: Content Development: Create well-structured, accurate, and insightful business content, including: Case studies and business scenarios Market research summaries and trend analyses Business plans, strategy frameworks, and executive summaries Finance, marketing, HR, and operations-related content Leadership, management, and organizational behavior materials AI Training & Review: Evaluate AI-generated outputs for accuracy, clarity, and depth in business contexts. Identify gaps in AI training data and create datasets across areas like: Finance & Accounting Marketing & Sales Strategy & Leadership HR & Organizational Development Supply Chain & Operations International Business & Economics Collaboration: Work closely with AI researchers and engineers to improve AI reasoning and business communication capabilities. Provide actionable feedback to enhance AI-generated content quality. Eligibility Criteria: Master’s or MBA in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, or related fields (PhD preferred). Strong knowledge of business strategy, corporate operations, and global markets. Exceptional business writing, research, and communication skills. Experience in academic writing, business analysis, consulting, or executive reporting is a plus.
