Demand Planner - Supply Chain

Job Description The Demand Planner supports forecasting and inventory replenishment activities, maintaining predictive models, collaborating with Sales and Marketing teams, and liaising with suppliers to ensure timely delivery. Responsibilities include analyzing demand and stock levels, defining SKUs, managing order placement, and updating system data (Navision). Main Responsibilities Analyze network demand and consumption patterns Define SKUs and delivery timelines Generate stock management reports Monitor service levels through official reports Plan order quantities and manage purchase orders Support the Supply Chain Department and manage documentation flows Coordinate logistics and transportation activities Qualifications Degree in Industrial Engineering or related field, or equivalent experience in demand planning Excellent proficiency in Excel (pivot tables) and Google Suite Knowledge of ERP systems such as NAVISION or SAP Fluent in English, both spoken and written 3-5 years of relevant experience, preferably in companies with multiple warehouses Willingness to travel across Italy Additional Information The compensation package will be commensurate with experience and includes : Company car Company laptop and mobile phone Insurance coverage under the Multiservizi collective bargaining agreement Participation in incentive plans We welcome applications from all candidates without discrimination based on gender, age, or origin.
