B2B Performance Marketing Specialist

Xeryon is a fast-growing B2B company that develops high-precision motors used in industries like microscopy, lasers and chip manufacturing. With 98% of our customers located outside Belgium, we operate in global markets with relatively long sales cycles. We have a strong focus on inbound marketing - our leads come through search engines, targeted ads and helpful content. We're looking for a Performance Marketing Specialist to further improve the efficiency and effectiveness of our marketing engine. You'll be our go-to numbers person - someone who loves tracking performance, optimizing digital campaigns, and turning data into action. You'll manage search and social ads, improve SEO performance and help shape our future digital marketing efforts. Manage and optimize paid campaigns (Google, LinkedIn, Reddit) Track conversions and build dashboards (GA4, Tag Manager, UTM tagging) Improve SEO content and grow organic traffic Collaborate on landing pages and campaign flows Contribute to future email and YouTube campaigns Experience with performance-focused marketing (Google Ads, SEO, LinkedIn Ads) Strong analytical skills - you enjoy working with data and dashboards Familiarity with tools like GA4, Tag Manager, Search Console, and WordPress A proactive mindset and ability to work independently in a small team Professional level of English, both written and spoken Technical affinity is not a requirement but would be considered a bonus Nice-to-have: Experience with email marketing and YouTube campaigns A key role in a marketing-first, fast-growing international B2B company A small and collaborative team with lots of tasks to take on as the company evolves The chance to market to many of the most innovative companies in the world Flexible hours and 1 day of home working per week A fast-paced environment where ideas quickly turn into action and where you can make real business impact Traffic, Youtube skills, Landing Pages, Proactivity, ADS, Content, Online Promotion, Campaign, B2B Marketing, Wordpress, Digital Campaign, Campaign, Conversion Rate, UTM, Marketing, Dashboard, Google AdWords, Google, Email Marketing
