Job Title: Senior Mechanical Project Manager Salary: Up to £100,000 plus full package Location: Central London / City of London Company Description I'm recruiting on behalf of a leading UK M&E Building Services Contractor , recognised for delivering high-value, technically complex MEP schemes across critical services, healthcare, pharmaceutical, and commercial sectors . With long-term frameworks in place and a robust pipeline through to 2030, they are one of the most exciting building services contractors to be part of in Central London and the City of London today. As part of their ongoing expansion, they are seeking a Senior Mechanical Project Manager to lead a £40M design & build critical services MEP scheme in Central London , working in collaboration with a Tier 1 main contractor and a major blue-chip client. This is a key leadership role with a clear pathway to Contracts or Operations Management , offering long-term growth within one of the most respected names in the M&E building services sector.
