Multi Skilled Engineer Alexander Steele is working with a leading food manufacturing business based in Norfolk. Our client is looking for an experienced multi skilled engineer to join the business on a permanent basis. The role holder will be responsible for testing and repairing equipment across the manufacturing facility. What’s on Offer: Paying circa £48,000 Company pension 25 days holiday bank holidays Monday – Friday (days/lates) Responsibilities: Perform preventive maintenance and repair work on a wide range of production equipment, including vehicles and other machinery. Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic issues to minimise downtime and production interruptions. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements that enhance efficiency, safety, and product quality. Conform to safety rules and apply good electrical and safety practices. Background Experience: Engineering degree or relatable qualifications Proven experience in a similar role within a food manufacturing or processing environment. Strong fault-finding skills Excellent ability to communicate with stakeholders across various levels. Strong organisational skills and an exceptional attention to detail.
