English Teacher

Justteachers are looking to recruit an English Teacher to work within one of our partner Secondary schools, located in Boston, from April 2025. They are looking for an experienced English specialist who can deliver up to KS4, is confident with their behavior management and is willing to go the extra mile to support pupils in being successful. The role is full-time and is expected to last until July 2025, with the potential of being extended. This is a supply role so the right candidate will be flexible and adaptable. Key responsibilities: Planning and delivering English up to GCSE (Y7-Y11) Following the UK national curriculum to create inspiring and informative lessons across your student groups Building strong rapport with students and ability to manage the classroom behaviour Following the schools behaviour management and enforcing when needed Tracking and assessment Justteachers are looking for: Experience teaching English to KS3 and or KS4. An updated DBS Certificate or willing for one to be completed A passionate individual who will inspire and motivate their learners using a range of strategies.
