Exciting Opportunity: Permanent Quantity Surveyor Recon Advisory Partners is thrilled to be recruiting for a leading firm based in Castleford, Yorkshire and the Humber, known for their expertise in the Civil Engineering sector. They are looking to recruit a strong Quantity Surveyor who is looking to to take their next step in their career and join a fast growing company. Job Responsibilities: Prepare and manage cost estimates and financial reports for projects. Monitor project progress and ensure compliance with budgets. Conduct feasibility studies to evaluate project viability. Prepare tender documents and assist in the selection of contractors. Negotiate contracts and monitor contract performance. Collaborate with engineers, architects, and other stakeholders to ensure project success. Provide advice on procurement strategies and risk management. Required Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or a related field. Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor, preferably within the Civil Engineering sector. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Proficiency in relevant software and tools. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Package : Salary - £50,000 - £70,000 Company Car Allowance
