Main Responsibilities : Lead the design of the mid- and long-term eCommerce strategy, ensuring alignment with the company's broader vision. Translate this vision into clear, actionable initiatives by setting strategic priorities, coordinating cross-functional teams, and actively participating in high-impact, cross-cutting projects. Build robust financial models for the digital channel, including revenue projections, margins, budgets, and profitability analysis. Collaborate closely with Finance and other teams to ensure consistency between strategy and financial planning. Translate strategic goals into measurable and adaptive financial targets. Implement a continuous monitoring system of the competitive landscape, conducting structured analyses of key players (pricing, catalog, technology, UX, campaigns). Develop regular insight reports and lead competitive intelligence sessions to help recalibrate tactics based on market movements. Identify new digital business opportunities (products, channels, partnerships, innovations), participating from ideation through to execution. Drive pilot programs, scale successful initiatives, and develop value propositions focused on customer experience and operational efficiency. Establish and lead a governance model that ensures prioritization, tracking, and accountability for all eCommerce initiatives. Design KPI dashboards, facilitate project review forums, and ensure each team has clear visibility into its contribution to the digital channel’s success. Who We Are Looking For : Strategy Planning Financial Planning Market Competition Business Development Governance and KPI Monitoring Advanced English (spoken and written) Engineering, Economics, Business, or Data Science PowerPoint, Excel, SQL, Power BI Experience in financial modeling, competitive analysis, or working in environments with OKRs or agile governance frameworks
