We're looking for a seasoned Penetration Tester / Ethical Hacker ready to tackle challenges at the intersection of security and innovation. This is not your average security role. You’ll work across IoT, embedded systems, cloud platforms, mobile, AI, robotics, and custom hardware — all operating at the scale of the world’s largest retailer. What You’ll Do: Execute expert-level penetration testing across cloud, mobile, embedded, and web technologies. Develop custom exploits and proof-of-concepts for complex and diverse targets. Identify and report vulnerabilities in APIs, firmware, hardware, and enterprise applications. Create or enhance advanced tools and techniques to emulate real-world attacker behavior. Influence key security strategies and communicate risk in clear, business-relevant terms. Collaborate with global tech teams to support remediation and strengthen defenses. Mentor and upskill junior security talent across the organization. ✅ What You Bring: 10 years of experience in Information Security. 7 years in penetration testing across IoT, embedded, cloud, and web platforms. Deep expertise in enterprise-scale, cloud-first environments. Hands-on experience with offensive security tooling and frameworks. Industry certifications (preferred but not required): OSCP, OSWE, GXPN, GPEN, GWAPT . Strong communication skills and a strategic mindset. Why Walmart?
