Q. How much does it cost to post a job using QuickPost?
A. The fee for posting a job using QuickPost depends on the number of weeks for which you post your job. The basic rate starts at $20.00 for 1 week. You can post your job for a maximum of 16 weeks for a fee of $160.00. The fee for your posting can be found on the QuickPost from on the drop-down menu that you must use to select the duration for your job posting.

Q. How can I pay for my QuickPost listings?
A. You can pay for your QuickPost listings using a major credit card, including MasterCard, Visa, Discover or American Express. You can also pay for services in advance by check. Send checks in advance of posting jobs to

Q. When will my QuickPost posting appear on OverseasJobs.com?
A. Your QuickPost posting will appear on OverseasJobs.com within one business day. If your posting does not appear on OverseasJobs.com after one business day then we may need more information regarding payment, the content of your job posting or your company.

Q. How can I post multiple jobs on OverseasJobs.com?
A. Employers have 2 job posting options on OverseasJobs.com:
  1. Activate an Annual Employer Account with a choice of posting packages:
    • Your profile and Unlimited Job Postings for $229 per month.

    • Your profile and 10 Job Postings for $145 per month.
    • Login once and post unlimited jobs
    • Jobs are activated immediately and do not require review from the OverseasJobs.com staff.
    • Create Multiple contacts
    • Employer Account holders are listed exclusively in our Employer Profile Directory

  2. Submit Multiple QuickPosts: Submit a QuickPost request form for each job description. A unique login is sent with each activation email.

Q. How do I delete my job using QuickPost?
A. You may delete your posting by entering your Job ID and password on our Delete page. You must have your Job ID and password to delete the posting.

Your Job ID and password were provided to you when your posted your job and are included in the email sent at that time. If you do not have your Job ID or password you may have your Job ID and password sent to you by providing your email address in the appropriate form on the Delete page. If you have any questions please Contact Us.

NOTE: Job postings are non-refundable. You will not receive a refund if you delete a job prior to the expiration date.


Q. How do I renew my job posting after it has expired?
A. An expiration email is sent when a QuickPost expires on OverseasJobs.com. You may renew your job posting by selecting the renewal link in the email notice.

You may also renew your posting by submitting our online form. Have your Job ID and password ready, so that we may pre-populate your request with the same job information.

You may also simply re-post your position with brand new information using our QuickPost form.


Q. When do my QuickPost postings expire?
A. Your QuickPost posting will expire after the number of weeks that you selected when posting the job has elapsed. You will receive a notification by email that your job is about to expire and options for renewal.
